In our efforts to find the right person for the job, we conduct a thorough assessment of you as a candidate. We do this through an open dialogue with you about the position, where we assess you in relation to the requirements for the specific position. As part of our process, and depending on the position, you will be required to undergo a personality analysis, possible intelligence evaluations and leadership style assessments.
The test results are only used as a tool to facilitate our dialogue with you.
