Presentation of candidates
We generate a presentation of each of the qualified candidates including a description of the candidate's profile, educational development and career. This is sent to you before you meet the candidate at an agreed, neutral location.
It is not until we have presented all of the candidates and you have had a chance to make your own personal assessment that we present the results of our reference process and tests.
We advise you in the subsequent selection process and offer decision consultancy in the form of candidate evaluation tools that we have developed for our clients.
After selection, the process of negotiating conditions with the chosen candidate transfers to you. We are, however, also available to advise you in this phase if necessary.
