Based on the primary analysis and our discussions we provide a list of companies in which relevant candidates may be employed.
Then we begin a systematic search in these companies, in our network and in our database.
When we have found a number of relevant candidates, we contact them by telephone, find out whether they may be interested in changing jobs and carry out a short interview based on the profile.
If there is a basis for further action, we invite relevant candidates for a meeting. Alongside the invitation they receive our candidate guide, which describes the recruitment process. Based on a more thorough interview, it becomes clear whether the prospective candidate is qualified and still interested in the job.
