The first meeting
Consultation is vital in finding the right person for any post. We are your sparring partners from the initial meeting during which the job is described and throughout the entire recruitment process.
We discuss your company, needs and expectations and what the new employee can expect in terms of responsibilities, assignments, competence, personal development and employment conditions. We also look into the type of personality that you feel will match the job and the company.
Even though we may know your company, we ask you to describe your market, competition, products, services, organisation, values, image and culture.
Together we define requirements for the performance, theoretical knowledge, practical experience, character and attitudes of the new employee. We advise you on the type of recruiting method that is best for the post in question.
Finally we agree on a schedule for the recruitment process. This can normally be brought to conclusion within three months.
