Follow-up and guarantee
After every assignment, we always enlist feedback from clients and candidates. Similarly, we carry out follow-up evaluations of the company and employee after one, three and eight months. A 12-month evaluation is added for board members and CEOs.
We provide a 12-month guarantee for the employment of board members and CEOs, and eight months for other positions. This means that we re-recruit based on the same employment profile at no extra cost in the case of unexpected termination as a result of factors related to our recommendations.
