One of the elements we attach particular importance to in the recruitment process is the reference taking. After the 1st interview, we obtain thorough references on the candidates we have assessed to be particularly qualified in relation to the job. We will – after prior agreement with the candidate – obtain information from 2-3 references who know the candidate's qualifications, leadership and experience - as well as their way of working. The results are treated confidentially and will be reviewed with the candidate.
