As a candidate with Laigaard & Partners you will see that we prioritise personal integrity and discretion. In our search for the right candidate for a given position we conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of you.

Our approach to this is an open dialogue in which we will evaluate you up against the demands for the position in question. As part of our process we will require you to conduct a number of personal tests to help us understand and assess you personality, your management style, your verbal reasoning and numerical ability. These tests are merely used as a structured tool in our dialogue.
