As a candidate with Laigaard & Partners you will see that we prioritise personal integrity and discretion. This means that you will never meet other candidates for the same position at our premises and we will never pass on information about you without your consent. In our search for the right candidate for a given position we conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of you.

Our approach to this is an open dialogue in which we will evaluate you up against the demands for the position in question. As part of our process we will require you to conduct a number of personal tests to help us understand and assess you personality, your management style, your verbal reasoning and numerical ability. These tests are merely used as a structured tool in our dialogue. It is very important for us that you are comfortable at every step in our process and that you feel that you can benefit from our dialogue whether you end up getting the job or not.
